3 cash prizes
for all nationalities – under 30 years of age
The award is addressed to filmmakers of all nationalities and not older than 30 years on the deadline of the call for applications, and consists of 3 cash prizes (€1,200, €600 and €400).
Bergamo Film Meeting Onlus
The prizes are provided by Bergamo Film Meeting Onlus, and a special prize was awarded on a topic chosen by the municipality.

300 euros
The aforementioned winner will receive a cash prize of €300 from FIC – Federazione Italiana Cineforum.

The maximum length of each submission (fiction, documentary or animation) cannot exceed 15 minutes.

Bergamo’s Piazza della Libertà Sala dell’Orologio
The announcement of the winners and the award ceremony will take place on December 3, 2024 at the Sala dell’Orologio in Bergamo’s Piazza della Libertà or at another suitable location.

The Ermanno Olmi Award is announced by the city of Bergamo with the support of the Bergamo Film Meeting Onlus and the cooperation of the FIC – Federazione Italiana Cineforum.
Environmental sustainability
According to the Minimum Environmental Criterion – parameters of the environmental sustainability of cultural events – signed by the municipality of Bergamo, the prize participates in the European Green Fest project: a commitment to the environment and culture, and a fitting tribute to Ermanno Olmi.
